How does the 3-day free trial work?
When you subscribe, you get full access to all premium features for 3 days at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. After the trial, your subscription automatically begins.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Little Chats → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use Little Chats with multiple children?
Yes! You can create unlimited child profiles with a Premium subscription. Each child gets personalized question recommendations based on their age and interests.
What ages is Little Chats designed for?
Little Chats is designed for children ages 3-12. Questions automatically adapt to your child's age, with simpler questions for younger kids and more thought-provoking ones for older children.
How do AI-generated questions work?
Our AI creates personalized questions based on your child's age, interests, and the categories you explore. The more you use the app, the better the recommendations become.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Child profile data stays on your account, and we never sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Simply sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Your subscription will be automatically restored. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app → scroll down → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Make sure to cancel your subscription first.
